To be fair, whenever a dog shows some human emotion, our hearts tend to melt – and this video of a dog admits he’s being saved. no different.
According to Rumble Viral, who purchased the story and video, a woman was driving one day in July 2018 and saw a dog on a leash. She guessed its owner was somewhere, but that night she couldn’t sleep because she was worried that the dog might have been abandoned there.
When she returned the next day, her fear was confirmed. Someone left the dog there, trapped, to death. It spent days without food, water or shelter.
But the kind woman who returned to find the puppy did not intend to let it die. She untied him from his two-legged chain and placed him right in her car. And when he was in the front seat, his reaction was amazing as he pressed his face to the woman’s arm. Then the mother started crying and the puppy tried to comfort her.
According to the caption posted on Viral Hog’s version of the video, the rescuer said:
It’s heartbreaking to think about the affection this dog can still give him after being treated so unconscionably by humans.
Many comments have sent compliments to the woman and warm wishes that the dog will find a loving home.
Others pointed out an obvious problem that also continued to confuse us:
That is a question that will remain unanswered. We just hope she’s more careful than it looks!
We still get caught up in the fact that the dog seems genuinely grateful and shows it by constantly putting his paw on the woman, even though he’s never seen her before.
It’s as if she’s trying to comfort her because she’s crying!
It’s unclear if she took the puppy to a shelter or adopted it herself, but despite that, he’s in much better shape now than when she rescued him.
